September, 2025 Visitors

We had a total of 728 visitors to our site in the month of September. Thanks to everyone who visited and contacted us. We received several emails this month,  considering the amount of shenanigans our little buddy perpetrated in the Summer. August, 2025 Visitors

Wow! We had a total of 1,351 visitors to our site in the month of August. Apparently,  our buddy Libonao  aka Slevin aka Mon has had recent  "issues " with would-be tenants in Huntington Beach and Fresno. Getting aggressive collecting good faith deposits,  eh Mon? So much so, that someone started a Facebook page called Huntington Beach Community Forum. Can you spell S-C-A-M-M-E-R? Can you spell C-O-N-M-A-N?    

Not sure if his Huntington Beach SFR has been rented. All we can tell you is be careful.  The words slimy and slippery come to mind. July, 2025 Visitors

We had a big increase in visitors last month -- 971. Once again,  thanks to all who stopped by and found our site useful and informative. Not sure,  but we think the sudden uptick in interest in our site is due to our buddy's upcoming Huntington Beach rental. Our buddy Mon aka Roman Libonao. He's not getting very good reviews on Facebook lately. Last month he apparently gave a prospective tenant the wrong vibe when  he tried collecting cash upfront without an agreement. Also, his Garden Grove rental condo is still showing a Notice of Default and Pre-Foreclosure.

June, 2025 Visitors

We had a total of 592 visitors in the month of June. We welcome all new and returning users to our site.  We urge all of Libonao's current and future tenants,  vendors and God-forbid,  any lenders or investors to please beware.

We found out this month that earlier this year, his rental property located at 12582 Josephine St. In Garden Grove had a Notice of Default filed on it. According to Zillow.com,  the property is in  Pre-foreclosure. 

May, 2025 Visitors
