August, 2025 Visitors

Wow! We had a total of 1,351 visitors to our site in the month of August. Apparently,  our buddy Libonao  aka Slevin aka Mon has had recent  "issues " with would-be tenants in Huntington Beach and Fresno. Getting aggressive collecting good faith deposits,  eh Mon? So much so, that someone started a Facebook page called Huntington Beach Community Forum. Can you spell S-C-A-M-M-E-R? Can you spell C-O-N-M-A-N?    

Not sure if his Huntington Beach SFR has been rented. All we can tell you is be careful.  The words slimy and slippery come to mind.
