October, 2025 Visitors

We had a total of 769 visitors to our site in the month of October.  As always,  we thank you for your patronage.  And we also would like to thank the person or people who started the Huntington Beach Community Forum  "Scam Alert." Reportedly,  Libonao  aka Mon was attempting to collect  $5,000 lease deposits "prematurely" for his Huntington Beach SFR rental.
