January, 2022 Visitors

We had a total of 621 visitors in the month of January.  As always,  thanks to everyone who stopped by our site. We hope you find it useful. One thing you might find useful.  Our friend Libonao has now come up with yet another alias  -- Mon RLent. So, for those of you keeping score,  Roman Libonao aka Slevin aka Mon RLent.  We're sure he'll have another soon. Watch out all potential tenants. First month rent and security deposit are standard, NOT advance rent.  Need we say anything to potential lenders or "investors "?
