I Found the Link to the Chapter 11 Court Filing

It makes for very interesting reading. Read how Libonao's creditors were treated. We report, you decide. He's already defaulted on some of the individual properties, and he isn't even out of bankruptcy yet. Libonao went into bankrupt nearly 2 years ago, in January of 2017.
Can you imagine many hundreds of thousands of dollars Libonao's creditors have spent so far?
