Glad it helped. By the way, it appears the Brad Dr. rental property has been vacant since May. You were wise to identify the red flags. Personally, I wouldn't get within 100 yards of any of his properties.

Roman libonao has a listing up in Huntington Beach CA, 6501 Brad Dr.
I put an application in for the property and received a call from Roman. We spoke on the phone briefly, and immediately asked for a deposit of $5000. I told him I’m definitely not comfortable sending that amount of money to a stranger, so we met the next day in person at the property. It has clearly been sitting vacant for quite some time. He’s claiming he’s going through an eviction process with the “current tenants” and will not regain possession of the property until August 2nd. He asked for the $5000 deposit again, and scribbled on a piece of scrap paper a “holding agreement” . I knew something was off, lots of red flags. When I told him I will not be sending anything without a proper , legally binding holding agreement and a tour of the inside of the property , he became very rude. then I came across this website! Thank you to this website my suspicions have been confirmed.
