Two recent Notices of Default have filed on Libonao properties:

700 Paularino,  Costa Mesa,  CA

6501 Brad Dr., Huntington Beach, CA

Beware if you are leasing these properties fron Libonao/Slevin.  We recommend that you not give him advanced rent or lend him money. He's been known to ask for both. Also, it is likely you are not getting your security deposit back.

We had a total of 884 visitors in the month of September.  Thanks to all of our guests for stopping by and checking out our site. We also hope you had a chance to read our new entry last month in the Profiles in Thievery section. Our little buddy Libonao now graduated to stiffing attorneys out of their fees. Never knew people actually did tbat? Wel, then you never met Libonao the grifter. If you have any questions or comments, you can post on our site in the Tell Your Story section,  or email us at jacob@romanlibonao.com.

August, 2020 Visitors

We had a total of 1,078 visitors last month, which was a big jump from July. Welcome all. Feel free to leave comments in our Tell Your Story section. Or, you can email us at jacob@romanlibonao.com. Speaking of which, we received a story from a long time fan of the site. Another one where Libonao stiffed someone for services rendered.  We were able to verify its accuracy and will get the story out in our Profiles in Thievery section within the next few days. All I can say is, make sure you get paid up front if you have to deal with him. Libonao would stiff his own mother if he could.  The guy is morally bankrupt, which is probably  why he has filed for bankruptcy twice.
